INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE.

It is recommended to listen the MASplus mental training audios, every day, exercise for waking up in the morning when you wake up and exercise for sleep at night when you are going to sleep for a minimum of four weeks, in this way you will prepare your subconscious mind to generate new thoughts, feelings and emotions that favor the behaviors that you have consciously desired and that you had not achieved: Self-esteem, effective learning, eliminating excess weight, quitting smoking, depressions, fears and phobias, etc. now they can be achieved by unlearning bad habits and believe systems and quickly relearning the new information you need.
Just retrain your subconscious mind and let it work for you. Trust in the enormous power that you keep in your mind and allow it to be reflected in profits and benefits for you.

EXERCISE TO WAKE UP
In the exercise Wake up , the information is organized so that you can listen to it in the morning when you wake up or at some other time of the day while doing other activities (such as when you play music in the background without paying attention to it), or just after you finished a nap at some point in the day. The intention is that you activate and hear this program right when you just woke up. It can also be useful to set the audio automatically while you sleep, from about 20 minutes before the time you need to wake up so that in this way you can listen and start to wake up while doing this mental exercise.
Another practical way to set this exercise is by playing the track in a device that is programmable and automatically plays it about 20 minutes before the time you usually wake up; Many cell phones have the ability to be programmed so that the alarm can start with this wake-up program. EXERCISE FOR SLEEPING.

So by changing your predominant thoughts by changing the information you carry in your mind,you also change your results in every aspect of your life.
